Well that Speaks for itself , how many States over there allow "No helmet" alg8er? IMO over here I think theirs enough evidence to ban Open-Face here !Otherwise whats the point of wearing a Helmet that protects 65% of your Head LOL

20 states and D.C. have motorcycle helmet laws. I guess 65% is better than nothing. I get tired of hearing the same crap about helmets from the haters. "They block your vision, and your hearing..." My reply is always the same, why do 100% of pro racers of anything wear a helmet?

Good question Bean! I live in a helmet free state, and I've never been asked by insurance whether I wear a helmet or not. I get a discount on my car for having airbags, I should get a discount for using a helmet. I think I'll call my rep tomorrow!

Insurance (Third Party) is in on our Registration ( CTP )! as for Full Comp or Fire Theft thats up to the individual or if it's under Finance, so blue07 Insurance is a free choice here too ! as for Helmets to me it's a no Brainer to not want to wear them IMO & LAW Here,The point im getting at as some US States arn't required to wear a Helmet obviously it doesn't effect the Mandentory Insurance( CTP ) on the Registration fee which Is the Major Portion of "REGISTRATION COSTS" here,so for that reason one would think this (Third Party) part of registration would be a lot higher where no Helmet is worn!

I have to say, that story really doesn't prove anything. Everyone knows a helmet will protect your head better than nothing. Duh. I don't think that is what these protestors were arguing. I think they were arguing that they should have the right to kill themselves however they want to. And, well, this guy got exactly what he wanted. We should all be extremely happy for him and his family! And if we'd just let them then eventually they'll all be dead and we won't have an issue anymore. They obviously can't wait for laws to change inorder to kill them selves so let 'em have what they want I say.

Edge; I just used the title from the news story. I should have titled it "expected end". I realize it doesn't prove anything, just to point out the foolhardiness involved in their cause.

Bean; Those are the kind of pics that convince my wife I shouldn't be riding anymore. I always show her the pic I have of a guy that got his face eaten off by his pet dog. You can't predict or prevent your death.
